Sunset Sunday Yoga is authentic creatively-inspired Vinyasa Flow or Dharma Yoga with a sweet blend of pranayama, meditation and sound experience.

Divine Heart Sadhana moves through beautiful sequencing, creative namaskars back bends and inversions. We move from the human heart, to the divine heart; from the divine heart into oneness.

Boho Beautiful will share a sublime sound bath to soften your soul sweetly into serenity; harmonising the body, heart and soul.
