Join us for the exciting Clacton Carnival 2024! This annual event is packed with fun activities for all ages, spread across multiple days. Don’t miss out on the festivities, competitions, and community spirit.

Event Schedule:

Saturday 3rd August

• 9am – 5pm: Party on the Square
  Location: Town Square, Pier Avenue, Clacton

Friday 9th August

• 6pm – 9pm: Fun on the Pier
  Location: Clacton Pier, No1 North Sea, CO15 1QX

Saturday 10th August

• 6pm: Carnival Procession
  Location: West Road car park along seafront to Victoria Road

Sunday 11th August

• 10am – 5pm: Carnival Fun Day with Mascot Race at 2pm
  Location: Greensward, Marine Parade West, CO15 1XB
  FREE Entry

Monday 12th August

• 2pm – 4pm: Children’s Fancy Dress Competition
  Location: Trinity Methodist Church, Pier Avenue, CO15 1NJ

Tuesday 13th August

• 9am – 12pm: Adventure Golf
  Location: Greensward Cafe, Marine Parade West, CO15 1XB
  Entry: £3 Adults, £2 Children under 12

Wednesday 14th August

• 7pm: Egg Throwing Contest
  Location: West Beach (right of the pier), CO15 1QX
  Entry: £2 Per Person
• 7:30pm: Beer Dig
  Location: West Beach (right of the pier), CO15 1QX
  Entry: £2 Per Person

Friday 16th August

• 7:30pm: Quiz Night
  Location: Railway Club, 48 Carnarvon Rd, CO15 6QA
  Entry: £3 per person or £15 for a team of 6

Sunday 18th August

• 9am: Clacton Half Marathon 10K and Fun Run
  Location: Eastcliff Greensward, Fourth Avenue, CO15 5BL
