Located onsite at Acorn Village, The Walled Garden Café offers a delightful selection of refreshments. Enjoy homemade cakes, a variety of hot and cold drinks, and weekly specials. On weekends, treat yourself to our new brunch menu. You can also grab a bargain from the Charity Shop next door. Seating both indoors and outdoors with parking. All proceeds from the café go towards supporting adults with learning disabilities at Acorn Village, a charity in Mistley.

With various seating options—inside the café, in the conservatory, outside in the beautiful walled garden, or as a takeaway—you’ll find the perfect spot to relax. Dogs on leads are welcome too!

The café is an ideal venue for group bookings, parties, and special celebrations. Our friendly team is here to provide bespoke advice for your event.

We also offer WiFi access and a new gallery seating area, making it a cosy spot to catch up with friends over coffee and cake.

The walled garden is perfect for little ones to play, with plenty of space to run around and enjoy garden games on sunny days.
