     This 2-week course offers an introduction to the concept of mental wellbeing. It explores the importance of staying mentally healthy and discusses strategies for recovering from mental ill-health. Participants will learn about the journey of maintaining and improving mental wellbeing.
2. Managing Anxiety
   • Dates: 8th October 2024 to 15th October 2024
   • Time: Tuesdays, 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM
   • Description:
     This 2-week course focuses on managing anxiety through self-help strategies. The course covers the causes of anxiety, techniques for self-monitoring, and tools for coping with anxiety effectively.
3. Step Towards Self-Confidence
   • Dates: 5th November 2024 to 12th November 2024
   • Time: Tuesdays, 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM
   • Description:
     This 2-week course aims to boost self-confidence by providing strategies to improve self-esteem. Participants will learn practical techniques to feel more confident in various aspects of life.
