Let’s sew a garment! In fact, let’s sew up The Sidney by Merchant and Mills, this boxy sweatshirt with a crew neck is perfect for all sewists including beginner garment sewists. This pattern is unisex.

You will need to provide your own fabric, refer to the fabric requirements on the Merchant and Mills Pattern (Find the link at this point on my website post).

** Please confirm the size band you require in order notes **

Use of two overlockers will be available on the day, please bring your own home sewing machine (if you would prefer to hire a machine, please contact me on [email protected] for availability. £10 for the day). Please bring fabric pre-washed to avoid any shrinkage.

Saturday 21 September 10am to 4pm (approximate finish)

at Dewsbury Rooms, 8 Kingsway, Harwich CO12 3AG

Tea and biscuits will be available, please let me know if you have any dietary requirements. Lunch is not provided, please bring a packed lunch or enjoy one of the lovely cafes or bakeries nearby. Parking is available in either Orwell Place Car Park (Paid), Train Station Car Park (Paid), On the street parking outside the shop (Free).

A ramp is available if required however our toilet facilities are located at the back of the building with steps, please bear this in mind.
