Forget your average food festival – Harwich Sausage Festival 2025 is a medieval-meets-modern* mashup of pork-hurling athleticism, ale-infused joy, and gourmet sausage glory! 🌭⚔️🍻

👟 It all starts with the iconic Sausage Throwing Competition on Harwich Green. Yes, grown adults throwing raw sausages for distance – seriously and competitively, with umpires and everything. The record? A whopping 171 feet! 🎯

Then, the action shifts to a pub crawl with purpose:
🔍 Try anonymous sausages in three local inns
📄 Vote on your favourites (scorecards provided)
🏆 Winners announced at “Sausage HQ” – The New Bell Inn at 3:00 PM
