Join us for a transformative Autumn Sound Bath Journey at Weeley Village Hall! This immersive 2-hour experience, facilitated by two sound healing experts, combines both amplified and acoustic instruments with innovative effects, some never before seen in a sound bath setting. 🌟

What to Expect:

• Seasonal Atmosphere: The room is beautifully dressed and lit to reflect the essence of autumn, with projections that transport you into the heart of the woods. 🍁
• Sonic Landscape: Experience new compositions inspired by our sound influences, with a blend of original sounds and reworked classics. 🎶
• Guided Meditation: A specially written meditation to guide you inward, paired with seasonal aromatherapy oils to enhance your journey. 🧘‍♀️
• Post-Session Relaxation: Enjoy seasonal sweet nibbles, stay to chat, ask questions, or simply bask in the peace and grounding that the session brings. 🍬

What to Bring:

• A mat, blanket, and a couple of cushions (PJs are welcomed for deep rest!) 🛌
• A drink of your choice. If you have specific dietary needs, please bring your own snacks.
