Please join us for another morning walk from Mistley to Manningtree and back.

A support group for blokes and anyone who identifies as a bloke. Dogs welcome

Sunday 4th February at 9am, usual meeting place outside the tea at the quay in Mistley.

Starting and ending at the Tea at the Quay for refreshments.

A great way to meet new people and to chat about anything and everything not just our mental wellbeing. Get things off your chest, feel heard and less alone in your struggles.

Bring your walking boots or supportive footwear will suffice, as some of the walk is off the beaten track!
